Delete your cbee account & data

You can request deletion of your cbee account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how and what happens.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open cbee and go to your profile / settings.
2. Choose Sign out → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is immediately marked for deletion.

By email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify ownership and process it.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, username, bio, avatar) and pet details.
• Your posts, videos, captions, comments, and direct messages.
• Your likes, follows, search history, and notification/device tokens.
• Your uploaded media in storage.

Timing & retention

After a deletion request your data is retained for up to 30 days (to allow recovery if requested in error), then permanently deleted. Some records may be retained longer only where required by law.
